Mirror Image.
"What if you can't see the park for the mirrors? The challenge for me was to make a live action demo of the Ford Focus where it would actually recognize a car park space - and to our relief it did. We built multiple designs in real glass mirror and rearranged them each night."

Biography.
When he was seven Bruce gave his Mom a devil smoking a cigarette sculpture he’d made in pottery class and she promptly quit smoking. At a family beach party he created his very own cinematic action scene by rigging the model ships he’d built with explosives, setting them on fire, and sending them into the bay where they exploded in huge fiery blasts. After that Bruce never stopped creating things. Despite the fact that Jaws really haunted him, Bruce entered his first yacht race at 16. The 700 mile course took him from Sydney to Tasmania and he finished six days later wet, cold, and with a broken rudder. He’s been sailing ever since. Watching 2001: A Space Odyssey in 65mm over ten times at the Grand Old Cinema, intensified his love of special effects and
filmmaking. A twist of fate intervened when as a teenager Bruce was introduced to legendary special-effects creator Dennis Muren (Star Wars, Close Encounters, Jurassic Park). When Muren suggested Bruce look for a job in an effects house that’s exactly what he did. In his native Sydney, he went to work honing his skills and soon was hired to work on Alex Proyas’s innovative modern classic Dark City. Bruce directed second unit on the groundbreaking Matrix trilogy, and then put his visual effects know-how and photographic eye together when he directed his first feature The Cave. Whether it’s the love for his family, his love of cars, or Premier League football all of Bruce’s passions weave themselves into and out of his work.
